The National Buffalo Foundation today announced the hiring of experienced fundraising professional Chad Bloom for the role of Executive Director/Fundraising Officer.

Bloom brings to the National Buffalo Foundation 15 years of experience with nonprofit organizations and fundraising.

“I’m very lucky to be able to merge my passion for our American heritage and the mission of the National Buffalo Foundation to help advance the impact on Bison and all those who are connected to these iconic animals,” Bloom said. “Together with the NBF Board of Directors, we will bring more resources to provide research and education for those in the buffalo industry and the general public.”

Roy Liedtke, Chair of the National Buffalo Foundation, added, “The addition of Chad to our team will take the National Buffalo Foundation to the next level in preserving the heritage and legacy of the American Buffalo.“
